Collsuspina is a small village founded with a modes small hotel, named Can xirina, Builded in 1.550, close to a main route, that go from Vic to Manresa.

Currently, this small hotel is a renowned restaurant managed for the descendents of old one, where the travellers stopped to eat and rest.

A great number of houses were builded between 1.700 and 1.790, like can show a lot of inscriptions on the stones, the old houses have.

A lot of houses have been rebuilded like a second residence, always the caracter and the style has been preserved.

Today, Collsuspina is a rural village with nearly 290 habitants, dedicate to agricultural and livestock labors.

The church was builded in 1.592, the bell and the front in 1.880.

Close to the village there is on the small mountain, a romanic church (XII Century), with a spectacular vision of Osona Region, Pirineus and Montseny mountains at the left side, Montserrat an Sant Llorenç peaks at right.

A modern village with good services and comunications. Only a few km. from Barcelona city and Costa Brava. It has a municipal pool, a sports complex an a natural green football field.

There are a centenary oak forests, "The Three Oaks" from Casanovas forest.
